Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Laivara. We have tried to write these plainly — the intent is a fair, mutual agreement, not a legal trap.

Acceptance of terms
By creating a Laivara account or installing the Laivara browser extension or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Laivara. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Laivara ("we", "us", "our"). If you are using Laivara on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of service
Laivara grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time with reasonable notice. We will always give Free plan users at least 30 days notice before discontinuing core features.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent. Notify us immediately at support@laivara.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Laivara or help anyone else do so. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the service; using automated tools to access the service at a rate that disrupts normal operation; attempting to access other users' accounts or data; using Laivara to violate any applicable law or regulation; or reselling access to the service without our written consent.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding within Laivara is owned by Laivara or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Patterns, not prompts" tagline, the Laivara name, and all associated marks are proprietary. You retain ownership of any data you input into the service. By using Laivara, you grant us the limited right to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Laivara is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights provided will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laivara's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laivara is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
