How quickly do you respond to support requests?

We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. For billing and account issues, we typically reply within a few hours.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes. You can request full data deletion from your account settings under Privacy Controls, or email us and we will process it within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing in your account dashboard. You can cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
