You own your data. These controls let you see exactly what Laivara holds, move it, or remove it — entirely on your terms, without needing to contact anyone.
What data Laivara holds
Session metadata
Tool used, session duration, timestamp, session count. The core of your clarity profile.
Account information
Your email address, display name, and account creation date.
Digest preferences
Your notification and email digest settings.
Prompt content
What you type into AI tools. We never capture this — it stays in your browser.
AI responses
Responses from AI tools. Not captured, not transmitted, not stored.
How to export your data
Export a full copy of your session history and account data at any time, in a machine-readable format.

Go to Settings → Data Controls in your Laivara dashboard.

Click "Export my data".

Choose your format: JSON (full detail) or CSV (spreadsheet-friendly).

Your export will be prepared and emailed to your account address within 10 minutes.

The export link is valid for 48 hours and can only be accessed by you.
Tip: Your export includes all session metadata in chronological order. If you are on a team plan, the export covers only your own data — not team-level aggregates.
How to delete your data
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it. This cannot be undone. We recommend exporting first if you want a record.

Go to Settings → Data Controls in your Laivara dashboard.

Click "Delete my account".

Confirm your email address when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

After deletion is requested, data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
